Raffle Guidelines

Terms of Participation Facebook

  1. The competition ends on Friday, 25.01.2019 at 23:59 hrs.
  2. One Art World Game Leggings with a total value of £120 will be raffled.
  3. Participation is via a comment on our Facebook article and registration in the Messenger. Several comments will be counted as one single participation.
  4. Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.
  5. Persons from the US/UK/EU/CH are entitled to participate.
  6. The winners will be randomly selected at the end of the competition.
  7. The winners will be informed about their prize via the Facebook comment function of the Facebook post. Each winner must contact I’M BADDY via Facebook by sending a private message to I’M BADDY Facebook page with his/her address details. If a winner* does not respond within this period, the product will not be shipped.
  8. All participants' Facebook names will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining winnings. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Facebook will remain and will still be publicly accessible. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
  9. The competition is not sponsored or supported by Facebook.
  10. The competition organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely or to terminate or interrupt it without giving reasons.
